After about 37 years working as an employee of government and private sector organisations in 2009 Harry started his own consulting business trading as Batt Group Pty. Ltd. His vision is to provide independent consulting services supporting civil infrastructure planning, design and construction in the roads, rail and maritime sectors both in Australia and internationally.

Great Western Highway NSW (GWH)
Under construction. Harry was Alliance Manager and Design Manager for parts of the GWH upgrade (not the section shown in this photo). Harry also conducted constructability workshops for parts of the GWH Upgrade. Works in this photo including reinforced soil walls and ERSED basin illustrate the tightly constrained road corridor for the GWH.
