IMAGES: Norfolk Island (NI) Cascade Port on a cargo day. Lighters towed by launches are used to bring cargo from the ship to the newly extended and refurbished Cascade jetty. Client Consult Marine. Harry contributed early constructability advice on a method to extend the pier using prefabricated elements. In 2018 Harry assisted Consult Marine (for their client the Australian Government DOIRDC) in a safety study regarding lighterage and other on-land operations culminating in a Traffic Management Plan for the port.
